Can I change Home Centres?

Understand when and how you can change your Home Centre, depending on your membership type. Home Centre changes mid-term are not permitted.

Your Home Centre is the JustCo centre assigned to your membership. It is fixed for the duration of your current Membership Term and cannot be changed while your membership is active.

How do Home Centres work?

Your Home Centre is the JustCo centre linked to your membership.

A Home Centre change can only happen when a new membership or renewal takes effect. It cannot be changed in the middle of an active membership term.

 

When can I change my Home Centre?

The answer depends on your membership type.

Can Virtual Office members change their Home Centre?

Virtual Office memberships are not renewable.

If you want to continue with a Virtual Office at a different centre - or even the same one - you will need to purchase a new membership.

 

How do I change my Home Centre at renewal for Hot Desk (Monthly)?

If you hold a Hot Desk (Monthly) membership - whether Fixed Membership or Monthly Recurring - you can select a new Home Centre when you renew in the JustCo App.

Steps

  1. Open the JustCo App.
  2. Tap Admin.
  3. Select Membership Agreement.
  4. Tap the membership plan you want to renew.
  5. Select Renew Plan.
  6. Choose your preferred membership plan.
  7. Select your new Home Centre, membership plan, quantity, and start date.
  8. Accept the Terms & Conditions and tap Next.
  9. Review the details carefully, then tap Purchase.

Once your renewal is confirmed, the new Home Centre and any associated fees are locked in. Renewals cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded.

 

Can I change my Home Centre in the middle of my membership?

No. Home Centre changes cannot be made while a membership is active.

This applies to all membership types and all plan durations.

If you require a different centre, please plan for this at your next renewal or when purchasing a new membership.

 

What should I do before I book or renew?

Please make sure the Home Centre you select is the right one for you before you complete your purchase or renewal.

Once your membership is active, your Home Centre cannot be changed mid-term.
