Renewals are generally offered at the prevailing rate available at the time of renewal.
This means your previous contract rate, promotional rate, or legacy rate may no longer be available when you renew.
What are prevailing rates?
Prevailing rates are the current membership prices in effect at the time of renewal.
They may differ from the pricing that applied when you first signed up or when you last renewed your membership.
Why is my old rate no longer available?
Membership rates may be reviewed and updated from time to time.
As a result, earlier pricing, promotional offers, or legacy rates do not automatically carry forward into a new renewal term.
Do promotions or complimentary periods carry forward automatically?
No. Any renewal promotion, complimentary period, or special offer is subject to current availability and the terms applying at the time of renewal.
If a renewal promotion is available, it will be shown as part of the renewal options presented to you.
When is the final renewal price confirmed?
The final renewal price is the rate shown at the point of renewal and confirmed when you complete the renewal.

How can I check my current renewal options?
To view your available renewal options, go to the JustCo App and review the plans shown under your active membership.
