How do I renew my Hot Desk membership in the JustCo App?

Learn how to renew your Hot Desk membership in the JustCo App, and when to use renewal instead of buying a new membership.

Hot Desk memberships can be renewed in the JustCo App. If the intention is to continue an existing membership, always use the Renew Plan journey.

 

Before you start

  • Renewal should be submitted before the end of your current Membership Term.
  • Your renewed membership will be charged at JustCo’s prevailing membership fee at the time of renewal.
  • Once your renewal is confirmed, the renewed month or plan is chargeable.

 

Renewal is different from buying a new membership

A renewal extends your existing membership through the Renew Plan journey in the JustCo App. Your original membership record continues, and your existing arrangement remains linked to the same membership.

A new membership purchase is a separate new booking made through Home > Add Services. It is not treated as a renewal.

If your intention is to continue an existing Hote Desk membership, the correct journey is Renew Plan from your Membership Agreement.

In-app renewal benefits and pricing apply only to renewals made through the Renew Plan journey only. They do not apply to new membership purchases made through Add Services.

Please review your intended action carefully before proceeding. If you want to continue your current membership, do not start a new purchase. Use the renewal journey instead.

 

How to renew in the JustCo App

  1. Open the JustCo App.
  2. Tap Admin.
  3. Select Membership Agreement.
  4. Tap the membership plan you want to renew.
  5. Select Renew Plan.
  6. Choose your preferred membership plan.
  7. Select your home centre, membership plan, quantity, and start date.
  8. Accept the Terms & Conditions and tap Next.
  9. Review the details carefully, then tap Purchase.

 

What happens after renewal?

  • Your renewed membership will continue from the end of your current Membership Term.
  • You will receive an Order Summary email after your renewal is successful.
  • Your renewed membership will remain subject to your Membership Agreement and applicable Terms & Conditions.

 

Can I change my mind after renewing?

Once your renewal has been confirmed, the renewed month or plan is chargeable and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or waived.

 

What if I accidentally bought a new membership instead of renewing?

Renewals and new membership purchases are different transactions. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct journey before payment. Once a new membership purchase is confirmed, it is final and cannot be reclassified as a renewal, cancelled, reversed, or waived.
