In the app, you can view your active membership, key dates, and available membership actions such as renewal or cancellation.
Where can I find my membership details?
- Open the JustCo App.
- Tap Admin.
- Select Membership Agreement.
- Tap the membership you want to view.
What information can I check there?
- Your membership plan.
- Your home centre.
- Your Membership Term, including the relevant end date.
- Your available actions, such as Renew Plan or Cancel Plan.
Why should I check this before renewing or cancelling?
Your membership details help you confirm whether you are managing the correct plan, when your current Membership Term ends, and whether you should renew or submit cancellation before the term expires.
