Hot Desk (Monthly) is a coworking membership for members who need regular access to a shared workspace.
It offers recurring or fixed-term membership options, access through the JustCo App, and use of coworking spaces subject to the applicable membership rules.
What is Hot Desk (Monthly)?
Hot Desk (Monthly) is a membership that gives one person access to a non-dedicated desk in a shared coworking area.
Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to the membership terms and centre rules.
What plan types are available?
Hot Desk (Monthly) is available in two plan types:
- Monthly Recurring plan
- Fixed Membership plan of 3, 6, or 12 months
What is the difference between Monthly Recurring and Fixed Membership?
A Monthly Recurring plan continues on a month-to-month basis until it is cancelled in accordance with the applicable terms. If the membership starts mid-month, the first billing period will run from the start date to the last day of that month, and the fee will be prorated accordingly. After that, each monthly period runs from the 1st day of the month to the last day of the month.
A Fixed Membership plan runs for a committed term of 3, 6, or 12 months. At the end of the term, the membership is auto-renewed to a Monthly Recurring plan - unless the membership has been Renewed or Cancelled.
What does the membership include?
- Access for one member to a non-dedicated desk at the member’s designated Home Centre.
- Use of shared coworking areas on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Access through the JustCo App once the relevant setup steps are completed.
- Access to other JustCo centres’ coworking areas during Staffed Hours, subject to applicable membership rules.
How do I access the workspace?
Access is managed through the JustCo App.
A valid digital access keycard must be assigned before the member can enter the workspace. If the membership is part of a company account, the company administrator must assign the keycard separately.
What is my Home Centre?
Your Home Centre is the main JustCo location linked to your membership.
Members enjoy 24/7 access to their Home Centre only. Access to other centres’ coworking areas is generally available during Staffed Hours, subject to applicable rules.
How does billing work?
Membership fees are due according to the payment arrangement and billing terms shown at checkout and in your membership documents.
Depending on your booking and billing setup, payment may be made by Credit Card, PayNow, or Company Invoice, where eligible.
How does renewal work?
Renewal depends on the type of Hot Desk (Monthly) plan you selected.
- Monthly Recurring plans continue on a month-to-month basis and will auto-renew unless a Cancellation Notice is submitted before the end of the current Membership Term.
- Fixed Membership plans run for the committed term of 3, 6, or 12 months. At the end of that term, the membership will be auto-renewed into a Monthly Recurring plan unless a Cancellation Notice is submitted before the end of the current Membership Term, in accordance with the applicable renewal arrangement.
Members are responsible for checking their own membership details and submitting cancellation in time if they do not wish the membership to continue.
To renew an existing membership through the app, use the Renew Plan journey in the JustCo App under Admin > Membership Agreement.
How does cancellation work?
If you do not want the membership to continue, a Cancellation Notice must be submitted before the end of the relevant Membership Term. (Admin > Membership Agreement > Membership > Cancel Plan)
If a cancellation is submitted too late, the next applicable term may already have started and may remain fully chargeable.
Can I host guests?
Hot Desk (Monthly) members may host up to two guests at any one time in the coworking area, provided they accompany them at all times.
Additional guest restrictions and Day pass requirements may apply depending on the duration of the visit and the use of common areas.
What should I use if I only need occasional coworking access?
If coworking access is only needed occasionally, Hot Desk (Daily) may be more suitable.
Hot Desk (Monthly) is usually the better fit when access is needed regularly.
Where can I manage my membership?
In the JustCo App, go to Admin > Membership Agreement to review your membership details, and use Company Members and My Keycards to manage team setup and access, where applicable.
