What happens when my membership reaches its end date?
Before your membership reaches its end date, you should review your options and decide whether you want to continue or stop the membership.
What happens next depends on your plan and the terms of your Membership Agreement. Where auto-renewal applies, the membership will continue unless cancellation is submitted before the end of the current term.
Will my membership be automatically renewed?
If your membership is subject to auto-renewal, it will continue in accordance with the applicable renewal arrangement set out in your Membership Agreement.
This may include renewal onto a recurring plan, subject to the applicable billing cycle, notice period, and prevailing rate at the time of renewal.
What should I do if I want to continue my membership?
If you want to continue your membership, you should complete your renewal before the end of your current term.
This allows you to review the available plans, confirm the applicable pricing, and complete the renewal before your current membership expires.
Note: if you want to continue your membership and do not object to being auto-renewed to a monthly recurring plan, then you can opt to do nothing. Your membership will switch to a monthly recurring plan the day after it ends.
What should I do if I do not want to continue my membership?
If you do not want to continue your membership, you should submit your cancellation before your membership end date.
If no action is taken in time and auto-renewal applies, your membership will continue into the next applicable renewal cycle and the corresponding charges will apply.
Can I cancel or change the plan after it has renewed?
Once a membership has renewed, cancellation or plan changes cannot be backdated.
Any cancellation or plan change submitted after renewal will only take effect in accordance with the applicable notice period, billing cycle, and renewal terms in your Membership Agreement.
