Learn how to cancel or non-renew your Hot Desk membership in the JustCo App before your current Membership Term ends.

Hot Desk memberships can be managed in the JustCo App. This is the quickest way to submit a cancellation or non-renewal request before your membership renews.

Before you start

  • Your request must be submitted before the end of your current Membership Term.
  • If no Cancellation notice is submitted before the End Date, your membership may auto-renew according to your Membership Agreement.
  • Once a renewed month has started, that renewed month is chargeable and cannot be cancelled or waived.

How to cancel or non-renew in the JustCo App

  1. Open the JustCo App.
  2. Tap Admin.
  3. Select Membership Agreement.
  4. Tap the membership plan you want to manage.
  5. Select Cancel Plan.
  6. Review the details carefully, then tap Confirm.

What happens after I submit cancellation?

  • Your membership remains active until the end of the current Membership Term.
  • Your membership will not renew for the following term.
  • Your access will end on your final day, unless otherwise stated in your agreement.

Can I renew instead?

Yes. In the same section of the JustCo App, you can select Renew Plan if you wish to continue your membership.

If you are unable to submit your Cancellation request in the app, please submit a ticket for Store Support before your membership end date.
