How do I find offers and use a promotion code in JustCo App?

Current offers are in the campaign hub, which opens as soon as you tap Store in JustCo App. To claim one, enter its promotion code at checkout before you pay.

Where to find current offers

Tapping Store in JustCo App opens the campaign hub for the market you are browsing, showing the offers running there. Offers vary by market and change over time, so check before you book. The campaign hub is also available on the JustCo Store website.

How to apply a promotion code in JustCo App

1. In JustCo App, choose your workspace and booking details, then tap Book Now
2. Review your order and tick the acknowledgement
3. Enter your code in the Promotion code field and tap Apply
4. Check that the code now shows under Applied offer
5. Tap Next: Payment and complete your purchase

The promotion code field is optional

You can book without one. The field is there for when you have a code from a current offer.

Some offers add something rather than reduce the price

An offer might give you an extra Day Pass rather than take money off your total, so the amount you pay may not change when the code is applied. Check the Applied offer section to confirm your code has gone through, rather than looking only at the total.

If your code does not apply

A code that does not work is either no longer active or outside its offer period. Check the campaign hub and JustCo's official marketing channels for the latest codes.

The new user offer works differently

Offer terms still apply
