How to book and pay in JustCo App
On the details page in JustCo App, select your quantity or booking details and tap Book Now. Review your order, tick the acknowledgement, then tap Next: Payment to enter your payment details and complete the purchase. You are not charged until the final step.
Prices are shown before tax
Listings and the details page in JustCo App show the price before tax. The full amount you pay, including tax, is shown at checkout before you enter any payment details.
Payment methods depend on your market
JustCo App shows the payment methods available where you are booking. You can also save your payment details for future purchases.
No membership is needed
You need a JustCo App account, not a membership, to book and pay for the workspace you need right away.
Some workspaces start a conversation instead
Private Office, event spaces, virtual offices and dedicated desks can be browsed in Store in JustCo App, and our team will follow up with you about what you need.
After you book
You will see a confirmation with your receipt and what happens next. Day Passes appear in My Keycards, and your bookings appear alongside everything else you have booked in JustCo App. For a meeting room or event space, check in at the front desk of the centre before your booking, and the community team will show you to your room.
