Learn what Bank Transfer payment is, whether you're eligible, how to select it at checkout, when your invoice will be issued
What is Bank Transfer payment?
Bank Transfer is a payment method available to eligible members: instead of having a Credit Card charged, your company settles your monthly invoice by bank transfer.
Bank Transfer is only available where both eligibility conditions below are met.
Eligibility conditions
- Existing and active member: your company must already be an existing and active JustCo member.
- Service start date at least 7 days away: gives JustCo's Accounts team time to verify receipt of your bank transfer before service begins. If your Start Date is less than 7 days away, payment must be by Credit Card instead.
Both conditions must be met, or Bank Transfer will not appear as an option at checkout — submit a Support ticket if you believe it should be available.
How to select Bank Transfer at checkout
Where and how you select Bank Transfer depends on whether you're buying a new membership or renewing, and whether you're on JustCo Store (web) or the JustCo App.
New purchase — JustCo Store (web)
Complete your booking through JustCo Store. Bank Transfer only appears as a payment option if you're logged in as an existing and active JustCo member — if you're a new customer with no existing membership, you'll only see Credit Card (and PayNow, where available) until you meet the eligibility conditions above.
New purchase — JustCo App
If you're an existing member adding a new membership or service, go to Home > Add Services in the JustCo App, choose your plan and Start Date, and proceed to payment.
Renewal — JustCo App
Renewals are managed in the JustCo App. Go to Admin > Membership Agreement, select the plan to renew, then select Renew Plan and choose your plan details.
At the payment step — whether on Store or in the App — if you're eligible, Bank Transfer appears as a payment option. Select it and confirm your order. Once confirmed, a Membership Agreement is issued immediately, and your invoice follows the billing schedule below; payment must reach JustCo by bank transfer before your service start date.
When will my invoice be issued?
Buying or renewing a membership by Bank Transfer creates its own invoice, issued on the same day as your order (not tied to the regular billing schedule on the 9th of each month). Payment must reach JustCo by bank transfer before your service start date.
Example: your renewal agreement commences 30 June 2026 and you renew on 15 May 2026. Your invoice is issued the same day — 15 May 2026 — and payment must reach JustCo before 30 June 2026.
Once your membership is active, your monthly invoice then follows the standard monthly cycle — issued on the 9th of each month, due by the 1st of the following month. See "When is my invoice issued?" for the full explanation of when you receive invoices.
