What payment methods and payment arrangements are available at checkout?

JustCo Support Services -

Learn the difference between payment methods and payment arrangements, and understand how payment is structured for different JustCo Store bookings.

The payment options shown at checkout may vary depending on the product you are booking, your selected Start Date, and whether your company has a Bank Transfer arrangement with JustCo.

What is the difference between Payment Method and Payment Arrangement?

Payment Method refers to how the money is paid.

  • Credit Card
  • Bank Transfer, where applicable
  • PayNow, for one-time payments at checkout

Payment Arrangement refers to how payment is structured for the booking.

  • Full Online Payment
  • Deferred Payment, for selected Private Office bookings only

Separately, if you have an ongoing membership, you'll also receive your monthly invoice on the 9th of each month showing what's due — this happens regardless of which payment method you use. See "Your monthly invoice" below.

What payment methods are available?

Depending on your booking and market, you may see one or more of the following payment methods:

  • Credit Card – for online payment at checkout.
  • Bank Transfer – where your company is eligible for a Bank Transfer arrangement with JustCo.
  • PayNow – supported for online payment in Singapore.

What payment arrangements are available?

The payment arrangement available depends on the product you are booking and your company's billing setup.

  • Full Online Payment – available for most bookings.
  • Deferred Payment – available only for selected Private Office bookings.

1. Full Online Payment

Under Full Online Payment, the required amount must be settled at checkout using one of the available payment methods shown for that booking.

Illustration:

A customer books a Meeting Room for next Tuesday. At checkout, the booking must be settled in full straight away, either by Credit Card or PayNow. Once payment is successfully arranged, the booking is confirmed.

Note: If the customer is an existing and active JustCo member with a Private Office, Dedicated Desk (Monthly), Hot Desk (Monthly), or Virtual Office membership, then an eligible Meeting Room booking may also be charged to their monthly invoice and settled by Bank Transfer.

2. Deferred Payment

Deferred Payment is available only for Private Office and Dedicated Desk (Monthly) bookings.

Because Private Office and Dedicated Desk (Monthly) bookings require a Security Deposit, they may offer a deferred structure that allows part of the payment to be collected first, with the balance due within the required period.

If your booking is not a Private Office or Dedicated Desk (Monthly) booking, Deferred Payment will not be available.

Illustration:

A customer books a Private Office. At checkout, the booking may offer a Deferred Payment arrangement, where the required upfront Booking Fee is collected first, and the remaining balance must be paid within the stated 7-day timeline. If this balance is not received by our Accounts department by then, the booking is released without a refund of the Booking Fee. This arrangement is only available for Private Office and Dedicated Desk (Monthly) bookings.

Paying by Bank Transfer

If your booking is eligible, you can settle your monthly invoice by Bank Transfer instead of having a card charged automatically.

When is Bank Transfer available?

Bank Transfer may be available as a payment method if:

  • your company is an existing and active JustCo member; and
  • your membership Start Date is at least 7 days from today.

Illustration:

An existing JustCo member books a Hot Desk (Monthly) membership starting 10 days later. At checkout, Bank Transfer is offered as the payment method. The booking is placed on that basis, and payment is settled against the invoice issued afterward.

Your monthly invoice

If you have an ongoing membership, JustCo issues your invoice on the 9th of each month, showing what's due for that billing period. This happens regardless of which payment method you use — Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

  • If you pay by Credit Card: your saved default card is charged automatically — you don't need to do anything.
  • If you pay by Bank Transfer: you'll need to arrange payment yourself so it reaches JustCo by the due date shown on the invoice.

See "When is my invoice issued? – the invoice billing schedule explained" for the full billing schedule, including how your first invoice differs from your regular monthly one.

Why do the options vary?

The options shown at checkout depend on the product type, the applicable payment structure, your selected Start Date, and whether your booking is eligible for Bank Transfer.

How do I know which options are available to me?

Your available payment methods and payment arrangements will be shown during checkout before you confirm the purchase.
