What should I include in my message?
To help us assist you faster, please include:
- the name you used to sign up for the membership;
- your Membership Agreement licence ID (found under Admin > Membership Agreement in the JustCo App);
- your JustCo Store account email address; and
- a brief description of what you need help with.
