Email us at store@justcoglobal.com, or submit a ticket for Support via the JustCo App.

 

What should I include in my message?

To help us assist you faster, please include:

  • the name you used to sign up for the membership;
  • your Membership Agreement licence ID (found under Admin > Membership Agreement in the JustCo App);
  • your JustCo Store account email address; and
  • a brief description of what you need help with.

If your enquiry relates to KYC verification, note that processing time can vary by country — our team will confirm what applies to you and where things currently stand.
