All your JustCo Store invoices — your Virtual Office membership invoice and any monthly usage invoices — are available under Me > Invoices in the JustCo App.

Where do I find my invoices?

Open the JustCo App and go to Me Tap the Me tab at the bottom of the screen.

Select Invoices You'll see a full list of invoices issued against your account, including your Virtual Office membership invoice and any monthly usage invoices.
- Tap an invoice to view or download it Each invoice shows the billing period, amount, and payment status. Your Membership Agreement — showing your Service Start Date, Service End Date and Membership Term — is available separately, under Admin > Membership Agreement.
What invoices will I receive?

Membership invoice — the one-off charge for your full Virtual Office Membership Term, issued at checkout.
- Monthly Usage invoices — issued on the 9th of each month, only if you've incurred usage charges (such as meeting room bookings or additional Hot Desk (Day) passes) in the preceding month. See What am I charged on the 9th for my Virtual Office membership?
If you don't see an invoice you're expecting, or an amount looks incorrect, submit a Support Ticket on the JustCo App with the invoice number and a description of the issue.
