What am I charged on the 9th for my Virtual Office membership?

Your Virtual Office membership fee is paid upfront at checkout for your full Membership Term — it is not billed monthly. A separate charge can appear on the 9th of the month only if you've used paid services, such as meeting room bookings or additional Hot Desk (Day) passes, in the preceding month.

This article is specific to Virtual Office. Unlike Hot Desk (Monthly) or Private Office memberships, where fees are billed monthly, your Virtual Office membership fee is a single upfront payment covering your entire Membership Term. Any charge you see on the 9th relates only to optional usage, not your base membership.

 

What counts as usage?

  • Meeting room or event space bookings. A standard Virtual Office membership does not include complimentary meeting room credits. Meeting rooms and event spaces are available on a pay-per-use basis, booked via the JustCo App.
     
  • Hot Desk (Day) passes. Your Virtual Office membership comes with one complimentary Hot Desk (Day) pass per month. Additional Day passes beyond this can be booked via the App on a pay-per-use basis.
     
  • Optional add-ons you've added to your membership, such as a dedicated local phone number or call answering support. These are billed on the 9th alongside your other usage charges.

 

How do I check what I was charged for?

Go to Me > Invoices in the JustCo App to view the invoice for the billing period in question — it will itemise every usage charge included. See How do I view my Virtual Office invoices and payment history?

 

Why is there a charge on the 9th?

Usage charges are billed post-paid: the charge is reflected on your next invoice, issued on the 9th of each month, with payment due by the 1st of the following month.
