What's included in a JustCo Virtual Office membership?

JustCo Support Services -

A JustCo Virtual Office membership includes a professional business address, in-house mail handling, monthly mail forwarding, and one complimentary Hot Desk (Day) pass per month. It does not include a dedicated workspace, a digital access keycard, or meeting room credits.

What's included as standard

Hot Desk (Day) pass 
(1 per month)
✓ Yes One Hot Desk (Day) pass credited to your JustCo App under My Keycards each month. Gives you access to coworking areas at your Home Centre during Staffed Hours. Does not carry over if unused.
Meeting room access Pay-per-use Meeting rooms can be booked at your Home Centre or any JustCo centre. Charged per 30-minute block at standard member rates. No credits are included in the membership.
Digital access keycard ✗ Not included Virtual Office members do not receive a digital access keycard. Centre access is via your monthly Day pass — see How to access the centre below.
Dedicated or coworking workspace seat ✗ Not included A Virtual Office does not include a private office, designated desk or hot desk allocation. Your membership covers your address and mail services, not a physical seat.

Available add-ons

The following services are available to purchase as optional add-ons. They can be added when checking out or by contacting store@justcoglobal.com after your purchase.

Add-on Status Notes
Dedicated local phone number & call answering Add-on S$70/month + S$50 one-time setup fee. Virtual phone line routed to Home Centre reception; answered on your behalf during operational hours, messages relayed by email.
Administrative support (e.g. mail scanning) Add-on S$15 per 15 minutes.

 

Add-ons are coming soon. Phone number and call answering services are not yet available to purchase — we'll confirm timing once scheduling is finalised. Contact the Community Team at your Home Centre to register your interest.

 

What's not included

  • No dedicated workspace. Your membership covers your address and mail services, not a physical seat.
  • No digital access keycard. You access the centre using your monthly Day pass during Staffed Hours only.
  • No unlimited centre access. Your one Day pass per month covers one visit. Additional passes can be purchased separately.
  • No rollover on unused Day passes. If you do not use your pass, it does not carry over to the following month.
  • No meeting room credits. Meeting rooms are available at member rates, charged per 30-minute block.

 

How to access the centre

Your monthly Hot Desk (Day) pass is credited to your JustCo App under My Keycards at the start of each month. Accessing the centre is a two-step process:

  1. Building entry: Register at the building's main security desk to clear building entry.
     
  2. Centre check-in: Activate your Hot Desk (Day) pass on the JustCo App (Me > My Keycards) to access the Centre. The JustCo App serves as your digital key for the centre itself.
     

Download the JustCo App before your first visit. Your Day pass is accessible under Me > My Keycards. Visit the App Store or Google Play to download. 

Need more workspace time? Additional Hot Desk (Day) passes can be purchased through JustCo Store or the JustCo App at the standard day rate. If you use the centre regularly, a Hot Desk (Monthly) membership may be more cost-effective. You can hold a Virtual Office and a Hot Desk membership at the same time.

 

Available term lengths

In Singapore, Australia and Malaysia, Virtual Office memberships are available in the following terms:

  • 6 months
  • 12 months
  • 18 months
  • 24 months

Your term length, Service Start Date and Service End Date are shown in your Membership Agreement, fixed at the time of purchase. The full membership fee for the entire term is payable at checkout. Your Service Start Date must be at least 7 days after purchase, to allow time for KYC verification — see How do I purchase a Virtual Office on JustCo Store? for how this works, including what happens if verification takes longer than expected.

Virtual Office memberships are not renewable. When your term ends, you will need to purchase a new Membership Agreement to continue. Your new membership is independent of the previous one — prior pricing does not carry over.
 

Why is there no renewal? Virtual Office memberships are intentionally designed as non-renewable. Each new term requires a fresh verification process to keep your account details current and meet applicable compliance requirements.
