Yes. Your guests can attend the meeting even if you are not there.
Add your guests when you book
In the JustCo App, add each guest's email address under Guests when you book the meeting room. You can invite up to the room capacity, excluding yourself.
Guests get a calendar invite
Each guest will receive a calendar invite titled "You're invited to an upcoming meeting at JustCo." Ask them to accept it so it appears in their calendar.
What guests should bring on the day
A valid photo ID, as some buildings ask visitors to register at the lobby, and their accepted meeting invite, to show the community team at the front desk.
Guests need to leave after the meeting
They will just need to leave the centre after the meeting ends, unless they are a JustCo member or hold a Hot Desk (Day) pass themselves.
If you're the guest, download JustCo App
You do not need JustCo App to attend this meeting: your accepted invite and a photo ID are enough. But if you download it anyway, you can see the meeting in your own calendar view, and use the app to unlock doors or book your own workspace another time.
