It depends on what you have. Hot Desk (Monthly) members have 24 hour access to their Home centre. Everyone else, including Day Pass holders, enters during the centre's staffed hours.
Members get 24 hour access to their Home centre only
Your Home centre is the one you picked when you signed up for a Hot Desk (Monthly) membership. At every other centre, a member enters during staffed hours like anyone else.
Staffed hours are usually 9am to 6pm
Some centres open earlier, from around 8.30am. Hours differ by centre and change on public holidays, so check the centre page in JustCo App before you travel.
Some buildings ask you to register in the lobby
At some centres, the building owner asks visitors to register at the ground floor lobby before going up. Where this applies, bring a valid photo ID.
JustCo App opens the doors at the centre
JustCo App unlocks the doors at the JustCo centre. At some centres, entry to the building itself is controlled separately by the building owner.
You can leave and come back during the day
With a Hot Desk you can leave and re-enter as often as you like while your pass is valid and the centre is staffed. Meeting room access is limited to your booked time.
