Yes. The same login credentials can be used for both the JustCo App and the Online Store.

 

Can I use the same login for both?

Yes. If you have been added to the JustCo account, you can use the same email address and login credentials to access both the JustCo App and the Online Store.

 

Will I see the same things in both places?

Not always. What you can see and do depends on:

  • your assigned member role;
  • whether you have access to the Admin functions; and
  • whether a valid digital access keycard has been assigned to you.

 

What if I can log in but cannot see the features I need?

Your login may be working correctly, but your account role may not include the permissions needed for that function.

For example, some users can access the App and Store, but cannot see the Admin screen or manage renewals and cancellations.

 

Does being able to log in mean I have workspace access?

No. Logging in to the App or Online Store does not automatically give you access to the workspace.

Workspace access is only available if you have been assigned a valid digital access keycard.
