The Admin screen is only available to users with the appropriate account role and permissions.
Why can’t I see the Admin screen?
You may not be able to see the Admin screen because your account does not currently have the required permissions.
In most cases, only users with the correct administrative role - such as a Primary Member - can access the Admin functions in the app.
What can the Admin screen be used for?
The Admin screen is used for account and membership administration, including:
- viewing the Membership Agreement;
- managing Company Members;
- renewing or cancelling memberships; and
- assigning access to team members, where applicable.
Who can access the Admin screen?
Access to the Admin screen depends on the role assigned to your account.
If you are not a Primary Member, you may not be able to see or use the Admin section.
How can I get access?
An existing Primary Member in your company account must add you as a company member or update your role to one with the required permissions.
Does seeing the Admin screen mean I have workspace access?
No. Account administration and workspace access are different.
The Admin screen allows you to manage account functions. Workspace access is controlled separately through a valid digital access keycard.
