Learn why access may be suspended or terminated, what happens when payment remains overdue, and why outstanding amounts remain payable even after termination.
If there is an unresolved payment or account issue linked to your membership, your access may be suspended or your membership may be terminated.
Why has my access been suspended or terminated?
Access may be affected if there is an unresolved issue such as:
- a failed card payment;
- an overdue invoice or unpaid amount;
- an expired, removed, or invalid saved payment card;
- a membership that has ended or not been renewed; or
- a required account or verification step that has not yet been completed.
What happens if payment is not received by the due date?
If payment is not received by the due date, the following process applies:
- Due Date + 3 days: access will be suspended.
- Due Date + 8 days: a Late Payment Fee will be issued.
- Due Date + 14 days: the membership will be terminated.
What does suspension mean?
If your membership is suspended, access to the workspace may be restricted until the outstanding issue has been resolved.
Suspension does not cancel the unpaid amount. All outstanding fees remain payable.
What does termination mean?
If your membership is terminated due to non-payment, the membership is cancelled without recourse.
Termination of the membership does not cancel, reduce, or waive any amounts already owed to JustCo. All outstanding membership fees, Late Payment Fees, charges, and applicable penalties remain fully payable.
JustCo reserves the right to continue pursuing payment after termination, including recovery of all overdue sums and any applicable administrative charges.
A terminated membership cannot be reactivated. If you wish to rejoin after termination, a new membership will be required, and any applicable administrative or reactivation fees may apply.
What should I check first if my access is not working?
- Check whether your membership is still active in the JustCo App.
- Check whether your saved payment card is still valid and correctly set up.
- Check whether there are any outstanding invoices or unpaid amounts.
- Check whether any required verification or account setup step is still pending.
How do I check my saved payment card?
In the JustCo App, go to Me > Settings > Payment Cards to review and update your saved card details.
How do I check my invoice status?
In the JustCo App, go to Me > Invoices to review your billing history, invoice amounts, and due dates.
Can access be restored after the payment issue is resolved?
If your membership has only been suspended, access may be restored after the outstanding issue has been resolved.
If your membership has already been terminated, it cannot be restored or reactivated.
