To stop your membership from renewing, a Cancellation Notice must be submitted before the end of your current Membership Term.
If your cancellation request is submitted too late, your membership may already have renewed for the next month.
What does “too late” mean?
A cancellation request is too late if it is submitted after your current Membership Term has ended.
Once the current Membership Term has ended, the next monthly term may already have started under your Membership Agreement.
What happens if I submit my cancellation too late?
- Your membership will remain active for the renewed month.
- The renewed month will be fully chargeable.
- Your cancellation will only stop the next renewal after the current renewed month ends.
What if I was not aware of the auto-renewal policy?
Auto-renewal is part of your Membership Agreement and applies unless a Cancellation Notice is submitted before the end of the current Membership Term.
It is also referenced in your booking and membership materials, including your Order Summary, and within your Membership Profile if you are the Primary Member (Admin > Membership Agreement > Membership).
What if I did not receive or read a reminder email?
Renewal does not depend on a reminder email being received, opened, or read.
Members are responsible for checking their own membership details, including the applicable Membership Term and End Date, and for submitting cancellation in time if they do not wish to continue.
Can the renewed month be cancelled, reversed, or waived?
No. Once a monthly term has renewed, that renewed month is final and payable in full.
Cancellation, reversal, waiver, or refund of the renewed month is not permitted simply because the cancellation request was submitted after the cut-off, or because a reminder was not seen.
How do I avoid this?
Please check your membership details early and submit your cancellation before your current Membership Term ends.
In the JustCo App, go to Admin > Membership Agreement to review your membership and select Cancel Plan in time.
What if I am unsure whether my cancellation was submitted in time?
Please review your membership details and any confirmation shown in the JustCo App or sent by email.
If you are still unsure, contact Support promptly. However, if the membership has already renewed, the renewed month remains payable.
