Learn when Company Invoice is available at checkout, why it may not appear, and what payment option will be offered if it is not available.
Company Invoice is only available for selected bookings that meet JustCo’s billing requirements.
When is Company Invoice available?
The Company Invoice option may be available at checkout if:
- your company already has a valid Company Invoice arrangement with JustCo; and
- your membership service Start Date is at least 7 days from today.
Why is Company Invoice not showing?
Company Invoice may not appear as a payment option for any of the following reasons:
- your company does not have a valid Company Invoice arrangement with JustCo;
- your membership service Start Date is less than 7 days away; or
- the booking does not meet the billing conditions required for invoice processing.
Why is there a 7-day requirement?
JustCo requires full payment for the service period to be received before the service period starts.
The 7-day window gives our Accounts team time to verify receipt of payment before service begins, especially where bank transfers may take several working days to clear.
What if Company Invoice is not available?
If Company Invoice is not available, payment must be completed by credit card at checkout.
What should I do if I want to pay by Company Invoice?
If you want to use Company Invoice, please make your booking early enough for the selected Start Date to fall at least 7 days after checkout.
The earlier you book, the more time there is for invoice processing and payment clearance before service starts.
