If your Hot Desk (Monthly) membership is not renewed, it will end at the close of your current Membership Term.
You will receive an in-app notification confirming the non-renewal outcome and what happens next. You will also be notified by email.
What happens when my membership is not renewed?
- Your Hot Desk (Monthly) membership remains active until the end of your current Membership Term.
- Your access to the workspace will end on your final day.
- You are requested to settle any outstanding payments before your final day.
- Your membership is deactivated the day after your membership expires, and you will no longer be eligible for to receive promotional benefits from renewing that membership.
Will I receive move-out instructions?
No - outboarding for Hot Desk (Monthly) membership is straightforward. If you have any rentals (eg. Locker, Building Pass), contact the Community Team of your Home Centre to arrange for handover back to them.
Will there be any charges after my membership ends?
No - as long as you no longer have an active membership agreement, you will not be charged membership fees. However, please note that if you have outstanding fees, you may continue to incur late payment fees even after your membership is deactivated.
Note: Rentals (Lockers, Building Passes, etc) are charged separately from monthly invoices. Payment should be settled directly with the Community Team arranging those rentals.
Can I renew after my membership has expired?
Once your membership has expired, renewal requests will not be accepted. To rejoin, a new Membership Agreement is required. Prior terms and pricing do not carry over. Renewal promotion benefits do not apply to new Membership Agreements.
What should I do if the non-renewal was not intended?
If you believe the non-renewal was a mistake, contact Support or your Community Team before your Membership Term ends.
