What are the guest and usage rules for all Hot Desk memberships?

Understand the guest, meeting, and usage rules that apply to Hot Desk memberships, including limits on guests, common area use, and when a meeting room is required.

Hot Desk memberships are designed for shared coworking use. To keep the space comfortable, fair, and productive for everyone, the following guest and usage rules apply.

 

Using the coworking area

  • Coworking areas are for temporary shared use.
  • They are not intended for large, formal, or disruptive meetings or activities.
  • Users must keep personal belongings within their immediate workspace and must not obstruct aisles or exits.

 

Guest policy for Hot Desk (Monthly) members

  • You may host up to two guests at any one time in the coworking area.
  • You must accompany your guests at all times.
  • Unaccompanied guests may be asked to leave.
  • A Hot Desk (Day) pass is required for each guest beyond the 2-guest limit, and for any accompanied guest who stays more than 3 hours in common areas.

 

Guest policy for Hot Desk (Day) users

Hot Desk (Day) users may not host guests on the coworking floor. To meet visitors, please book a meeting room, or ensure each guest has an active Hot Desk (Day) pass.

 

When should I book a meeting room instead?

If you need to host a guest, hold a meeting, or require a more private setting, please book a meeting room via the JustCo App. Standard rates and availability apply.

 

Do these guest limits still apply if I book a meeting room or event space?

Not necessarily. If you have reserved and paid for a meeting room or event space, the guest limits for coworking areas do not apply within that booking. However, your use of the space remains subject to the terms, capacity limits, and rules of the booked meeting room or event space, which will take precedence.

 

Can I use common areas for filming or photography?

Exclusive use of common areas, including for filming or photography, requires prior approval. Please contact the Community Team at least 3 days in advance.
