How do I add monthly Hot Desks for my team in the JustCo App?

Learn how to purchase additional Hot Desk (Monthly) memberships for your team in the JustCo App, including how to choose your plan, centre, quantity, start date, and payment method.

Additional Hot Desk (Monthly) memberships can be purchased in the JustCo App. This is the quickest way to add more seats for team members who need regular coworking access.

 

Before you start

  • Only the Primary Member should make the purchase on behalf of the team.
  • Please review your home centre, membership plan, number of Hot Desks, and Start Date carefully before payment.
  • Once the purchase is confirmed, it is chargeable.

 

How to add Hot Desks in the JustCo App

  1. Open the JustCo App.
  2. Tap Add Services.
  3. Select your preferred membership plan.
  4. Select your home centre, preferred plan, number of Hot Desks required, and Start Date.
  5. Accept the Terms & Conditions and tap Next.
  6. Review the details carefully, then tap Purchase.

 

Payment at checkout

  • If your company already has a valid Company Invoice arrangement with JustCo, and your Start Date is more than 7 days from today, the Company Invoice option may be available at checkout.
  • If Company Invoice is not available, payment must be completed by credit card.

 

What happens after purchase?

  • You will see a confirmation in the app once the purchase is successful.
  • Your new Hot Desk membership(s) will start on the selected Start Date, and your digital access keycards will only become active then.
  • If access needs to be assigned to team members, please manage this separately in the app under Admin.

 

What else should you know before you purchase?

  • When you add Hot Desks through Add Services, you are purchasing new memberships. These are separate from your existing membership.
  • As a result, these memberships may be billed separately. They will not automatically be combined into a single invoice with your existing membership.
  • If you eventually want your team’s Hot Desk memberships to align under one renewal cycle, it is best to plan for their End Dates to fall on the same day. This allows future renewals to be managed more cleanly.

 

What if you do not need additional and frequent coworking access?

  • Buying a new Hot Desk (Monthly) membership makes the most sense when additional and frequent coworking access is needed.
  • If extra coworking access is only needed occasionally, a Hot Desk (Day) pass may be more suitable.
  • Hot Desk (Day) passes provide access to the coworking areas of a single JustCo centre during Staffed Hours on the day the pass is activated.
  • Because Day passes are lower-commitment and can be assigned to team members, they may be a more cost-effective option for infrequent use.
