Learn how to assign digital access keycards to team members, manage member roles, and activate workspace access in the JustCo App.
Team member access is managed in the JustCo App. Before anyone can use the workspace, a digital access keycard must be assigned to them.
Before you start
- Each person who needs access must be assigned a digital access keycard.
- This includes the person managing the membership, if they also need workspace access.
- The number of available digital access keycards depends on your membership licence and member role.
- Only Primary Members can view all available keycards for their membership under Me > My Keycards. General Members and Billing Members can only view keycards assigned to them.
How to assign digital access keycards in the JustCo App
- Open the JustCo App.
- Tap Admin.
- Select Company Members.
- Select the team member you want to manage, or tap Add Member to create a new team member profile.
- Choose the appropriate member role and access rights.
- Tap Me.
- Select My Keycards.
- Assign an available digital access keycard to the relevant team member.
What member roles can I assign?
If you are the Primary Member for a membership, you can assign roles to other team members in the app.
Primary Members are the main administrators for the membership. They can manage the membership and receive the full access rights available under it. If you signed up for the membership, you will usually be assigned as the Primary Member by default.
General Members are regular end users of the membership. They receive the access and usage rights provided by the membership, but are unable to view membership documents or invoices, or make new purchases.
Billing Members are finance administrators for the membership. They can view membership documents and invoices, but do not receive access or usage rights under the membership.
Please assign roles carefully based on what each team member needs to do in the workspace and in the app.
When can team members start using their access?
Once a digital keycard has been assigned, the team member can use the JustCo App to enter the workspace.
Team members with a valid keycard enjoy 24/7 access to their Home Centre only. They may also access coworking areas at other JustCo centres during Staffed Hours.
Note: A digital keycard provides access only to the JustCo centre. Building access is managed separately by building management, and may be restricted during non-business hours and weekends. If 24/7 building access is required - and available - members may approach the Community Team at their Home Centre to arrange rental of a Building Access pass, which may incur a one-time, non-refundable admin charge. Please check with the Community Team for details.
Can I reassign a keycard?
Digital access keycards should only be assigned to the intended team member. If access arrangements need to be changed, update the assignment in the app before the keycard is used.
Primary Members are responsible for managing keycards and preventing misuse.
