How do I check my invoices and billing details?

Learn where to find your invoices and billing details, when invoices are issued, and how monthly billing works after renewal.

You can check your membership and invoice details in the JustCo App.

 

Where can I check my billing details?

  • Your Membership Agreement (Admin > Membership Agreement) shows your membership details, membership fee, start date, and end date.
  • Your Membership Agreement Terms & Conditions sets out your billing terms and payment obligations.
  • Your Invoice (Me > Invoices) shows the billing period, amount due, and payment due date.

    Note: Only Company Primary Admins can access the Admin Screen. 

 

When are membership fees charged?

Membership fees are due on the 1st of each calendar month.

If you have chosen to pay by credit card and have a valid credit card saved on the App, JustCo will charge your saved card automatically every month. 

If your company is on monthly invoicing, your invoice is usually issued on the 9th of each month (or the next business day if the 9th falls on a weekend or public holiday). This invoice covers the following month’s membership fees.

Example: An invoice issued on 9 April 2026 covers the membership period 1–31 May 2026, and payment is due by 1 May 2026.

 

Why am I seeing multiple invoices this month?

This can happen when a new membership is purchased or an existing membership is renewed mid-month.

In that situation, two different billing periods may need to be charged at the same time:

  • one invoice for the remaining days in the current month, which is usually due immediately; and
  • one invoice for the next full calendar month, which is due on the 1st of that month.

This is why you may sometimes see multiple invoices at the same time: one for the balance of the current month, and one for the upcoming month.

Example: If a membership starts or renews on 21 April 2026, you may receive:

  • an invoice for 21–30 April 2026, due immediately; and
  • an invoice for 1–31 May 2026, due by 1 May 2026.

 

Why do I not see an invoice yet?

Monthly invoices are usually posted on the 9th of each month and are due on the 1st of the following month.

Your next invoice may not appear until the monthly billing run has been completed. If it is already past the 9th, please check your JustCo App (Me > Invoices) to view your latest statement and billing history.
