Why did my Hot Desk membership auto-renew?

JustCo Support Services -

Understand why your Hot Desk membership renewed automatically, where this is stated, how billing works after renewal, and how to avoid future auto-renewal.

Your Hot Desk membership auto-renewed because no Cancellation Notice was submitted before the end of your Service Term.

Under the Hot Desk Membership Agreement, your membership automatically renews for further one-month terms unless JustCo informs you that it will not be renewed, or you submit a Cancellation Notice before your Service Term ends.

Where is this stated?

This auto-renewal arrangement is stated in:

  • Your Membership Agreement Terms & Conditions; and
  • Your Order Summary email, sent after booking confirmation.

What is the non-renewal cut-off?

To avoid auto-renewal, your Cancellation Notice must be submitted before the end of your Service Term.

If no Cancellation Notice is submitted before the End Date, your membership will renew automatically for another one-month term.

What happens after auto-renewal?

  • Your membership continues for a further one-month term on a recurring basis.
  • The renewed month is chargeable.
  • The renewed membership fee is based on JustCo’s prevailing membership fee at the time of renewal.
  • The renewed term follows the same provisions in your Membership Agreement.

When will I be charged?

Membership fees are due on the 1st of each calendar month during the Service Term.

If card payment is selected, JustCo will charge your saved card payment method. If you are on monthly invoicing, your Company Invoice is usually issued on the 9th of each month (or next business day if the 9th falls on a weekend or public holiday). This invoice covers the following month's membership fees.

Example: The May 2026 Invoice will be issued on 9 April 2026, covers the membership period 1-31 May 2026, and is due by 1 May 2026.

What happens if my membership auto-renews mid-month?

If your membership auto-renews after the monthly invoice for the next month has already been issued, you may receive two invoices at the same time:

  • one invoice for the remaining days in the current month; and
  • one invoice for the full next calendar month.

Example: If your membership ends on 20 April 2026 and auto-renews from 21 April 2026, you may receive:

  • an invoice for 21-30 April 2026, due immediately; and
  • an invoice for 1-30 May 2026, and due by 1 May 2026.

Where can I check my renewal details?

The best place to check and manage your renewal details is the JustCo App.

In the app, go to Admin > Membership Agreement to view your membership details and manage renewal or cancellation. You can also refer to your Order Summary email and Membership Agreement for your End Date and membership fee.

How do I avoid auto-renewal?

Submit a Cancellation Notice before the end of your Service Term.

The easiest way to do this is in the JustCo App under Admin > Membership Agreement.

If no Cancellation Notice is submitted before the End Date, your membership will renew automatically for another one-month term.

Can I cancel after the renewal has started?

Once your membership has renewed, the renewed month is chargeable and cannot be cancelled, reversed or waived. To avoid the next renewal, a Cancellation Notice must be submitted before the end of your current Service Term.

Note: When you cancel a monthly recurring plan, the plan remains active until the last day of the month and will not renew for the following month. Once a membership has been renewed for a month, the membership fee for that month remains payable in full.
